Carmen built Metric Strategy Partners on a different conviction: organizations already have capable people. What they're missing is structure, clear processes, the right systems, and someone who can build both alongside the team that has to run them.

After starting independently in 2005 and building through 100+ engagements across enterprise, PE-backed, and mission-driven organizations, the frameworks and methodologies took shape. Carmen worked as an external advisor and consultant at McKinsey and as an Associate Partner at IBM, then returned to independent practice with a clearer model than when she left.

Metric Strategy Partners launched in 2023, not as a rebrand, but as a structure built around what the work had already proven. The C Corporation was the practice. MSP is the methodology.
