Who should I bring as my second seat?
Someone who needs to co-own the execution plan, a board chair, COO, Deputy Director, or senior operations leader. The plan works best when two decision-makers build it together. Alignment is part of what you're buying.
How personalized is the workshop really?
Genuinely personalized. Every attendee submits 2–3 challenges at registration. We analyze all submissions before the event and build workshop sessions around the patterns and priorities of the specific cohort. No two Metric Summits run identically.
What size organizations is this designed for?
Organizations with operational complexity, typically budgets of $1M–$20M, staff of 10–100, and programs that have grown faster than the infrastructure supporting them. If you're trying to scale structure, this is designed for you.
What's the optional Day 3?
A half-day implementation session for organizations that want to move from plan to execution before they leave. Pricing and availability are announced at the event. Eligible organizations can continue with Metric-Advise™ or Metric-Track™ follow-on support.
Is there follow-on support available after the Summit?
Yes. Attendees have priority access to Metric-Advise™ (fractional strategy support) and Metric-Track™ (KPI design and dashboard buildout). These are optional, most organizations leave with everything they need to execute independently.

Will this be recorded or available virtually?
