Founder & Managing Principal
Carmen Jackson is the Managing Partner of Metric Strategy Partners, a boutique strategy and operations consultancy serving clients across Los Angeles, Atlanta, and nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience bridging strategy, digital transformation, and program leadership, she specializes in helping organizations clarify priorities, align teams, and execute measurable outcomes.
Her background includes consulting roles with McKinsey & Company, IBM Global Business Services (Associate Partner), KPMG, Equifax, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Coca-Cola, where she led digital transformation initiatives, client portfolio management, and enterprise platform deployments. She has partnered with organizations across financial services, technology, consumer goods, hospitality, and mission-driven sectors — consistently delivering 2-3x performance improvements.
Carmen founded The C Corporation in 2013 after beginning her consulting career as an independent practitioner in 2005. Her early operational foundation — rooted in engineering and systems thinking from Georgia Tech — informs her hands-on, results-driven approach to strategy work.
Through Metric Strategy Partners, she supports organizations navigating growth, digital enablement, and strategic transformation — serving as a fractional strategy partner for leaders who need structure, clarity, and executable plans.
